Use of the Site and Services
You may use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You may not use the Site or Services to transmit or facilitate any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material or content. You may not use the Site or Services to violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, or to upload or distribute any viruses or other malicious code.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content or information that you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Site or Services (collectively, "User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide User Content and that User Content does not violate the rights of any third party. You grant Lzuruha a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Site and Services.
Intellectual Property
The Site, Services, and all content and materials on the Site or Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, code, and other materials (collectively, the "Lzuruha Content"), are the property of Lzuruha or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any Lzuruha Content without our prior written consent.
Termination
Lzuruha may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Site and Services at any time for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. Lzuruha DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL Lzuruha OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
