The raid Team Hell hogs went to ToEs to help get gear for some of our team members. No problems there for sure. Council is still a wall for us and getting people a little frustrated. We will make it I do feel very soon.

Guild News everything seems to be going well. I only have one issue atm. I am not sure how to handle it. Going to actually have meeting with officer and raid leaders and hopefully Get the COO involved too.

And other news is, I suck at my job on the team and i feel bad, however talked to my "Boss" and i guess the "upper Management " do like like me a little and want to keep on. Even maybe with the same privileges i have now which would be awesome. It just i am not a tech savvy but i do try i mean for instance i have powers on the website that i just cant figure out. I really enjoy when the staff come to me for thoughts and/or ideas and just to talk. Good news it sounds like there maybe something in store for me to work on which is great. I am also working behind the scenes on some things. trying to promote more Forum/Website activities. That for some reason seems to be hard to get people on.
