Twice have I completed the "5 killstreak with a mounted turret" challenge and twice I have been denied the XP and the title/emblem because I have not unlocked that challenge group. It happened to me with flawless as well. (I have gone flawless three different times, twice with the challenge unlocked and never have gotten credit)
 
My question is why negate credit for a difficult challenge JUST BECAUSE it wasn't unlocked yet?
 
Also, I had a 27 killstreak and never received a MOAB for it.
