Hey People, I'm about to move to the U.S.A. in one or two year(s) but I still dont know where to go (east or west coast? etc.). Maybe you know some nice places to live for a while before joining the army. If so please let me know ,because I honestly have no idea where to spend my time till bootcamp.

I never been to united states but I heard the west coast for example california is nothing what it looks like on tv (for the worse) and you have to deal with earth quakes and floods there and the east coast is hurricanes so take your pick!

West coast is extra expensive to live on. So California is stupid high prices but its gorgeous. I love chicago but the winters are cold and the summers get sticky. Michigan is where my heart lies because it is a beautiful place to live. Traverse City area in Michigan is amazing. But for the military go west coast. Everyone that joins the military says go West coast.

you should go to East, theres some bootcamps and air bases in my state and we hardly ever get the worst of hurricanes. Depending on the county here few tornadoes.

I live in Washington State and been to NY, Detroit, Florida, Oregon, California, and Nevada. I wouldnt say westcoast is expensive only when u try to live in downtown, ecept California as it will depend which part of city u live in.
