Blah Request Error is killing me =[

I am a big lone wolf competition fan and i have won every single competition i have entered... but, for the past month on my console app it keeps giving me "Request Error: you are now being sent back to the title screen" every single time i attempt to enter a contest, during its processing this pops up.
